
Gordon Fallone
Co-Founder/Managing Partner
Gordon is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, deal structuring and fundraising at OPAC.
Gordon’s career started in the Merrill Lynch training program in NYC on “Black Monday”, October 19th 1987. After spending 10 years in NYC trading equities, he moved to San Francisco and became focused on investing in venture backed private companies. Based in San Francisco for the last 20 years, Gordon maintains a unique and valuable network of top tier co-investors. This includes relationships at firms like Menlo Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, Shasta Ventures, Floodgate Capital, Granite Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, NEA, Khosla Ventures and, on the PE side, Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe .
Gordon has worked at the same firms with Jim Kozak for over a decade now. Over the last 8 years, he has advised Gordon Rausser as a family office client on over $25mm in direct investments in venture backed private companies including names like: SunBasket, Smule, Revel Systems, Task Rabbit, Bloom Energy, Knowi, Sellpoints, Liquidspace, Allegiance (acquired by Maritz), Metricly, and Famous. Gordon Fallone was responsible for sourcing most of these investments and has been a board member or board observer at Sunbasket, Revel Systems, Task Rabbit, Liquidspace, Sellpoints, Allegiance and Knowi.
Gordon has developed and maintains a trusted global client network of Institutional Investors, Family Offices, High Net-Worth Individuals, and Entrepreneurs that have delivered over $250mm in aggregate capital for alternative investments.
Gordon graduated with a BS and holds an Honors Scholar in Finance Degree from the University of Connecticut.
